This is a bit late, but I have a story to tell about a guy being awesome:
I was turning left onto a divided highway in heavy traffic. I had made it to the middle area of the intersection and was just waiting for an opening to show up. Finally, a pickup noticed me and moved over to the right lane, creating a gap that gave me more than enough room to join in. However, for some reason, the guy behind the truck (who was pretty far behind, like 30 car-lengths at least) wasn’t having this, and floored it almost as soon as I got going. He ended up right on my bumper as I was still accelerating, then abruptly swerved around me, cut me off, and flipped me the bird.
But here’s where it gets good: the pickup from earlier, still in the right lane, noticed this exchange. He waited for the asshole to catch up, then cut in front of him and flipped HIM off on my behalf. It was glorious.

That’s awesome! I was in my S600 and no one would let me into traffic until a guy I know from cars and coffee pulls up in his 1973 600. We traveled in convoy for a while.
